Nogard is the name of Clan Quest's Ice Dragon that roams and guards its Citadel. When Clan Quest was given the opportunity to adopt a dragon there was much discussion on how to name it and what kind they should get. On January 25, 2012, the name "Nogard", suggested by Sir Chandis Troi, was officially chosen by popular vote, and that April the decision was made for Nogard to be an Ice Dragon. Nogard would officially join the Clan Quest family on October 6, 2012. His life story, and the process of obtaining him, was chronicled by MsKonnan in the Saga of the Clan Quest Dragon.
