Your location on the OS states "Home of the noobs"; where is that, and how does one get there?
It's very easy to get to: you bring up your clan chat screen, and join clan chat named 'Clan Quest'.
How long have you been playing Runescape by now? From that time, what's your best and worst memory?
My account is 6.5 years old, but my earliest Runescape memory dates from at least 8 years back. So enough memories to choose from.
I think one of my best memories dates from my first year of playing, when I traded (there was no Grand exchange) an Adamant Battleaxe for a Rune Scimitar.
Think I had enough bad memories with people quitting, but one of my worst was when my friend scammed my White Partyhat. Not only did I lose a very expensive item, also I was disappointed that the trust I put in my friend was abused.
Why the name "Dirty Rain"?
A while back, I used to play on another account called 'Dirty Legend', and a lot of people knew me as Dirty on there. When I switched to this account, I wanted to keep that but also make something new. Not sure how I came onto Rain, but well, it turned out pretty well :p
You're not only an active player in-game, but also a writer for the Questaholic. Why did you decide to join us?
I'm not really that active in the Questaholic, but I enjoy helping out where I can now and then. It's awesome how much effort you guys put in it and I can only be happy helping it look at its best 
How do you keep finding time to be able to do all that stuff?
I just have too much free time, to be honest :P
When I first started talking to you I had no idea English was your second language; if I were to talk to you in my second language (Spanish) I would probably sound like a young learning disabled child. How did you get so fluent with another language, and do you ever have trouble with slang or words not in the dictionary?
Well, I've played rs and some other games online for along time now, and English is the main language on there. Also we get English as a 3rd language in college, and its fairly easy to learn in my opinion. Still I have trouble sometimes with it, especially with some expressions
What are your main goals now that you have a comp cape besides making Garden hate you?
Since short, getting trimmed comp :P and I dont ever want Sarah to hate me, I just love farming and want to make it my first 200m skill
What is your favourite household pet?

What is your favourite quest series and why?
Myreque, I'd say. I love the vampyre quests, especially branches of the Darkmeyer, although it's quite laggy, because I'm intrigued by vampyres in general. I also enjoyed the dragonkin quests a lot because of its epic storyline :p
What was your first Cape of Accomplishment in RuneScape and what did you do when you got it?
My first skillcape ever was Strength, because back in the day I used to kill Ankous for moneymaking, with all the oldschool gear (rune defender, torso, dragon scimitar). It was a really big deal to me back then and I kinda miss that, people get 99's just like that now.
How'd you get so good at dancing?
Got taught by the best :D (I know you can read this Bell)
What was your interest to become leader of the Honor Council?
Seemed like something cool :P plus as mentioned above I like to help out where I can

Can you tell us a little about your history with previous clans?
I haven't been in that many clans that I can remember, but that's mainly because I quit for a while too. Before the introductions of clan chats, (with the good old insecure Friends Chat system), I was a member of a Dutch clan called RSNE or New Energix for a long time, until a while after the Clan Chat update.
I was in here with Kyratian and Tuor, who are also in Clan Quest. Everyone knew each other there and it was a really enjoyable chat. I stayed here until I quit, because I was bored with RS.
When I came back, I joined a clan named after its owner 'vuuuurtje' ('fiiiire' in Dutch), I stayed here for like a month or 2, but it was a really immature chat, with a lot of swearing and people coming and going every day.
Kyratian saved me from this hell, luckily :P I tried making him join the clan I was in, but he managed to get me to check out Clan Quest instead (the clan he and Tuor were in), and I was sold the first day I entered the chat :p
What's your most hated and favourite skill?
Favourite: Farming, no doubt
Hated; could name a few here, but I think I'm gonna go with Fletching. It's boring, slow (in my opinion), and the first 5 years I thought the icon on the skillcape was a hamburger (this might be a positive point)
What is your opinion of food?
Nom nom.
What is the hardest thing you've ever encountered?
My pet rock after I played with it

Hi, Rain - I'd like to know you better, are you a student? If so what courses are you pursuing? Or are you a "family man"...tell us if you are married in RL? ... in RS?
I'm not married, yet :P I'm 19 years old and currently following classes in Economic Sciences (freely translated from Dutch). I prefer psychology however, and hope to take that into my master in a couple years :)
In December I saw you running around with a piece of mistletoe...(we stole a kiss) ...how many other kisses did you collect? (You don't have to answer that if you are married)
Well, that depends, does every different person count as one, or does every kiss count?
Just wondering how many rain coats you go through a year? Where do you live that the rain is so dirty?
Silly Msk, Rain doesn't wear rain coats... And I live in Belgium, we get like 400 days of rain a year here...
Can you tell us your "most favourite thing"?
That's a very hard one...but I think, Chocolate Chip Cabbookies (own recipe of course)

I always try to enjoy what I'm doing, and if I'm not, then I'm doing it so I can enjoy what I can do after that :D I think it's partly a way of thinking and looking at life, and partly a gift :P
In RS your character is always happy, understanding, helpful and an awesome kind of guy, is that how you are in RL, too?
Seeing I like psychology a lot, I talked about people, about people online and how they act, and I think that people online are always a bit 'more' of how they are in real life, because there isn't as many barriers, stuff that holds you back from being yourself. So yes, I think I am and I try to be, but maybe not as much as I am online :)
Have you travelled around the world? What countries have you been to? Is there a country that you would like to visit in the future?
I've been to different countries, mainly countries close to Belgium, but also Tenerife (Spain), Norway, Czech Republic, Italy, and some others. I went to Disney World when I was 5 too :D
There are a number of countries I'd like to visit, like Italy (again), I love the Italian culture, food and language (I can't speak it yet but it sounds cool :P). Also would like to visit the States again, mainly to meet a lot of great people I met online.
Why are you so popular with the RS ladies?
Don't tell, but it's because of my fashion sense
What do you think of Clan Quest?
Noobs. But awesome noobs. Love them.
Can you cook?
In the weekdays, I live in a students building, because my parent's home is too far from my college buildings to go back to every day. And since we gotta make our own food a lot of the times, yes I can cook
What's your favourite dish?
Definitely Italian. Hard to choose between Lasagne and Penne Arrabiata.

~ MONKEY BREAD ~

Ingredients:
3 (12 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 or 10 inch tube pan, (or 9'x13' pan).
2.) Mix white sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag. Cut biscuits into quarters. Shake 6 to 8 biscuit pieces in the sugar cinnamon mix. Arrange pieces in the bottom of the prepared pan. Continue until all biscuits are coated and placed in pan. If using nuts and raisins, arrange them in and among the biscuit pieces as you go along.
3.) In a small saucepan, melt the margarine with the brown sugar over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over the biscuits.
4.) Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a plate. Do not cut! The bread just pulls apart.

RuneScape. It’s full of quests, swords, monsters, cabbage and, (for our amusement)…Cultural References! Yes, these cleverly added, real-world references the developers like to hide in dialogue, examine texts, books and general NPC characteristics can be a delightful surprise to budding adventurers like ourselves...
When speaking to the ghost near Glarial's Tomb without an Amulet of Ghostspeak, the player will say random phrases due to their inability to understand ghostspeak, one of which is 'All your base are belong to us', a famous phrase from the video game Zero Wing.
Before starting Animal Magnetism, when you talk to the crone west of the undead farm she will say, "When 100 years old you are, see how you look! hmph?". This is a reference to Yoda on his deathbed when he says to Luke, "When 900 years old you are, see how good you look! hmph?" in Episode V of Star Wars.
When talking to Estocoda (when replacing your dueling hat), he will say "I don't often replace hats, but when I do, I replace Duelist hats." This is a reference to the Most Interesting Man in the World commercial, promoting the beer Dos Equis.
At the end of the Kennith's Concerns quest, Ezekial says "I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you". This "government secret" line is famous from many sources such as the James Bond movie Dr. No, the television series M*A*S*H, and the movie Top Gun.
The Examine option for a Rapier is "the very butcher of a silk button", this was said by Mercutio when he was mentioning Tybalt and the latter's swordsmanship in the Shakespearean Play Romeo and Juliet.
If you ask Ali the Leaflet Dropper "What is there to do around here, boy?" he will answer "Listen carefully! I shall say this only once." This is the famous line from the TV series 'Allo 'Allo!
The examine info of a War tortoise familiar is "Definitely not teenaged, although the jury is out on its ninja skills." This is a reference to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
When doing the quest Defender of Varrock, you unlock a song entitled Dream Theatre, a reference to the progressive metal band Dream Theater.
The examine text for Swanky Boots, "You can tell by the way I use my walk I'm too busy for a natter," is a reference to the Bee Gees song Stayin' Alive. Natter is a term for a conversation.
The dungeoneering title "I can has heim crab" is a reference to the lolcats internet meme "I can has cheezeburger?"
In the 2012 Christmas special event "Stray in the Manger", the names of the implings the player finds are Petey, Susy, Eddy, and Lucy, a reference to Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy, the main characters of The Chronicles of Narnia.
When a player enters the Mos Le'Harmless Caves, they have two options before entering should they not have a Witchwood icon. The option for entering says, 'Yes, I am not afraid to be killed in nasty ways', a reference to the song 'Brave Sir Robin' in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
The examine info of a Spirit Jelly is 'In RuneScape, acid gets indigestion from YOU!', a parody of a Russia reversal joke.
Plane-freezer Lakhrahnaz's examine info is, "It's got a cold stare." Due to this, and its eyeball appearance, it is likely a reference to Kholdstare, a boss from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.
A reference to the movie Monty Python and the Holy Grail is revealed if players use a herring (cooked or uncooked) with any tree in RuneScape. The text will say: "This is not the mightiest tree in the forest", in reference to the movie. Also, if used with the Grand Tree doors, the text replies "It can't be done", in reference to a line in the movie.
Well seeing as herrings won't work for felling trees, we'll just have to settle on hatchets. Ni!

They killed Vanstrom and put his corpse on a fire
and defended Mort'ton against the shades of the fiyr
They did their best to put a halt to the mourners' schemes
and the crystal city will soon be opened, or at least so it seems
They helped Zanik get through the pain of her destiny
However, The Chosen Commander was not who she wanted to be
Mother Mallum is dead, Witchaven is now saved
because something was wrong with how the fishers behaved
During the Ritual of the Mahjarrat they were there:
they foiled Lucien's plans with no time left to spare
When Glouphrie was up to no good with a spell of illusion
they risked their lives to stop him, yet left some gnomes in confusion
But they also helped the pirates of Mos Le Harmless
brewing 'rum' and killing stuff they made quite a mess
Clan Quest's legacy is heroic, one can't argue 'bout that
Now I'm one of their noobs: the best gift I've ever had.

************************************Saint Patrick’s feast day, as a kind of national day, was already being celebrated by the Irish in Europe in the ninth and tenth centuries. In later times he become more and more widely known as the patron of Ireland.
Saint Patrick’s feast day was finally placed on the universal liturgical calendar in the Catholic Church due to the influence of Waterford-born Franciscan scholar Luke Wadding in the early 1600s. Saint Patrick’s Day thus became a holy day of obligation for Roman Catholics in Ireland.
In 1903, Saint Patrick’s Day became an official public holiday in Ireland.
This was thanks to the Bank Holiday (Ireland) Act 1903, an act of the United Kingdom Parliament introduced by Irish MP James O’Mara. O’Mara later introduced the law that required that pubs and bars be closed on 17 March after drinking got out of hand, a provision that was repealed in the 1970s.
The first St. Patrick's Day parade wasn't held in Ireland but in the U.S. Well, technically "the colonies." In 1762, Irish soldiers serving in the English army celebrated the holiday by marching through the streets of New York City. By 1848, the parade was an official city event and today nearly 3 million people line New York City's streets to watch the five-hour-long, 150,000-participant procession.
The first Saint Patrick’s Day parade held in the Irish Free State was held in Dublin in 1931 and was reviewed by the then Minister of Defense Desmond Fitzgerald. Although secular celebrations now exist, the holiday remains a religious observance in Ireland, for both the Roman Catholic Church and the Church of Ireland.
In the mid-1990s the Irish government began a campaign to use Saint Patrick’s Day to showcase Ireland and its culture. The government set up a group called St. Patrick’s Festival, with the aim to:
— Offer a national festival that ranks amongst all of the greatest celebrations in the world and promote excitement throughout Ireland via innovation, creativity, grassroots involvement, and marketing activity.
— Provide the opportunity and motivation for people of Irish descent, (and those who sometimes wish they were Irish) to attend and join in the imaginative and expressive celebrations.
— Project, internationally, an accurate image of Ireland as a creative, professional and sophisticated country with wide appeal, as we approach the new millennium.
The first Saint Patrick’s Festival was held on 17 March 1996. In 1997, it became a three-day event, and by 2000 it was a four-day event. By 2006, the festival was five days long; more than 675,000 people attended the 2009 parade. Overall 2009's five day festival saw close to 1 million visitors, who took part in festivities that included concerts, outdoor theatre performances, and fireworks.
In every year since 1991, March has been proclaimed Irish-American Heritage Month by the US Congress or President due to the date of St. Patrick’s Day. Today, Saint Patrick’s Day is widely celebrated in America by Irish and non-Irish alike. It is one of the leading days for consumption of alcohol in the United States, and is typically one of the busiest days of the year for bars and restaurants. Many people, regardless of ethnic background, wear green clothing and items.
Beware, those who are caught not wearing green are pinched passionately.
